The wheel centre doesn't form a shroud over the brake drum, and the bright centre cap is smaller, for starters.

I wonder if you could help me?
I have almost finished restoring a 1930’s Gibson Eccles trailer , I was struggling to find who supplied the wheels as my spare has seen better days, after chatting to a few people at shows it looks like its a 19” Austin 7 wheel.
Would anyone be able to confirm this?
I also have no idea how the spare would have been mounted on the trailer but assume it would be similar to a car mount?

I then would need a spare wheel!

I think Mikes right it does look like a Morris Minor Wheel.

... and those wheels are Morris, too - Bullnose Cowley this time!

Morris, of course, assembled his cars from bought-in components, unlike Austin who manufactured almost everything himself. This means that companies like Gibson could source their components from the same sub-contractors as Morris.

The tyres look to be 400-19,with some new wood work make a good trailer for a Cowley,or could be used to take a pig to market in the 1950s.
