I was wondering if the headlight lens is fully transparent because mine really disperces the light. When I have the brights on on a road with no other lights I can barely see 10 or so ft in front of me. If you can't see pit I will try again.

You don’t say what type of bulbs ?
However the original bulbs are notoriously dim being I think 36 watts
If you are on the original Dynamo (low output) the best way to get better lighting is to fit LED bulbs.

Which model do you have - and which headlamps are fitted? Clear pictures of the installation will help those who know about these things to offer helpful suggestions.

Idk if yall can see the first two but i can't post the other 2
