Looks like an S5 to me so would be the Lion. S6 with the RR engine first flew in 1931 but had a V frontal aspect.

What a great picture !

As a young lad, I used to admire the blue and silver 1929 S6A Schneider Trophy plane that used to grace the indoor part of the entrance to the Royal Pier in Southampton.  This was the place where you boarded the Isle of Wight ferry to Cowes.

This plane is now on display at the Solent Sky museum (which is open) in Southampton , somewhere on my "to do" list for visiting.
