Bags on spare wheel

Dangerously close to ooh matron jokes here, so time for this morning's translation moment. "Schulranzen" is German for school satchel but "Tornister" is a knapsack. Now back to work, trying to keep up with Colnbrook's requirements for sporting events. A threat of ooh matron, as scrutineers might have to ask rally crews "Are you really cohabiting? Can the hotel confirm that you were sharing the same room last night?" As for the questions asked of trials crews, regarding their bouncing activities.....

some 17th c. civil war re-enactors use leather so called 'sausage bags'.. So try a re-enactment supplier. Personally as most of these satchels have a military pedigree (army surplus) I suggest you might try soldier of fortune (https://www.sofmilitary.co.uk ) as the are selling new stuff that does not stink like it has been in a moldy cellar or hanger for decades ....for those having an 'Indiana Jones' fixation......https://www.sofmilitary.co.uk/indiana-jones-style-canvas-rucksack.html
