D day -1 for the 20mm speed limit in Wales.

20mm?? I read that about a third of all roads in Wales were affected.

Although it was passed by the Senedd, a poll for ITV found that almost two-thirds of people were against it. 
Politicians - don't you just love 'em?

Ooops mph of course.

Let’s see how it pans out, 7% of roads I’ve read.  For my part if it saves just one child’s life it will be worth all the pain.
