That reminds me of when a BMW pulled out of a side road and smashed my FOS wheel the BMW driver learnt his car wasn't so fast.      I was left to change the wheel and the traffic was trying to trim my rear so I picked up a rock from the side of the road to stop people driving on the grass and dumped it in the middle of the road. That solved that with much horn blowing which I found very satisfying until an HGV arrived which stopped everything, but by then I was ready for the off and removed the rock and departed the scene. While changing the wheel I'd spotted the sump had been damaged and there was a nice pool of oil on the road when I left the scene on a right hand bend.
