Hi Russell,
You are probably right.
It's more of a visual thing, I'm not a corrugate person. I do have to live with it.
The roof has cost me more than expected, as the tiles are made in such a way you get a 2 ish inch overlap. That's fine on the barn I built 20 years ago next to it. But the pitch on this one is flatter so all 172 tiles had to be ground out on one corner to give it a 4 inch overlap. It stops the rain blowing back under the tiles.
The idea is to do it properly, then you only have to do it once.
Tony.

Well progress has been a little slow over the last couple of days with builders being away finishing previous jobs.
However we did get the wheather vain back up.

Well, that's the builders bit done.
Yes I'm to tight to pay them to paint the woodwork.
So now I have to start my jobs, and the interesting bits sorting the austin 7 parts out.
Hopefully it's not to cold over the weekend, so I can make a good start.

Looks very nice Tony - very in keeping with the house. Many wouldn't bother to use the traditional materials but it really pays off in my opinion!

Here is the barn next to it, doors are the next project.
Built 20 years ago by myself. It's ramed full of too much austin 7 stuff.
The brick were recovered when they knocked down the old cattle market in leicester. So there are some nice white bricks out of the abattoir. I rented a 7 1/2 ton flatbed. And brought 4000 bricks back. It took 6 months to clean them. The tiles are the same Norfolk pan tiles as the rebuilt shed. I bought from a barn being rebuilt down the road in lubenham. Nearly collapsed the old trailor with that won.

Well for those who like to see austin 7 bits, we are onto the more exciting stuff.
I've started to get shelves back in. And filling them as I go.
First thing is hubs, I emptied 3 bags. And there are several boxes of them.
I worked out so far each shelf takes 39 front hubs. And I'm on the fourth shelf. There is also a shelf of more sort after rear hubs.
Sorry about the picture quality, I can't afford lights yet.

well, thus, we can't say you don't offer good customer choice...!
You may be the only person globally with a building given over to Austin 7 hubs.

Today I have been mostly putting stuff back in the shed.
JonE, I've now filled shed number four and half way through shelf number five. We're will it end.

I've started the exhaust manifold shelves, plenty more to fill them.

I found an over full box of cowhorns, so I started another box so they can be stacked.

Then tracy pointed out that there's another pile over there.
Now I have three boxes of them. And more to come.
