Fear not, for David TC Davis wants  to overturn Ernesto Che Drakeford’s  blanket limit so that the  SUV drivers can proceed through Crickhowell or Rhayader at 60mph, and the kids can race their BMWs round Morriston or Mayhill as  fast as they want to.
