That was almost certainly part of the Ruby special edition we put together.

I still have all the photos that Roger’s widow passed on to me for it, will look them out and post them here, if you would like to see them.

The slides from first part of the trip were all stolen as exposed rills from the car in South America, very sad.

Herbert Austin - The British Motor Car Industry to 1941.  Roy Church.  ( a difficult read! )

The Fruits of Fascism - Post War Prosperity in Historical Perspective. Chapter 6.   Simon Reich.  ( comparative politics, also interesting chapters on Ford & VW - somewhat Germanic in outlook! )

The Leyland Papers. Graham Turner.  (A book well worth a read as it follows the story of Austin Morris, through BMC, to British Leyland. )
