Flashing indicator woes
#11
I had exactly the same problem that drove me mad over several days. It was eventually cured simply by fitting suppressor caps to the plug leads. I tried suppressed leads but they made little difference also various resistors, flasher units  etc. etc.

From an appearance point of view not the perfect solution but it proved an instant cure after days of wrangling and trying all sorts of suggestions
Buy an Austin 7 they said, It's easy to work on they said !

I have a friend in Buxton with the same problem which he's just reported is cured with a traditional thermal flasher from Holden vintage and classic spares at £15.99.
