I’m looking for a rebuild kit for a 1” SU but can’t find a ref to 1” anywhere
Do new parts exist for these carbs ?

I've owned a 1936 Series I Morris 8 Tourer for almost 50 years so I'm very familiar with the 1" carbs.

As mentioned above by Parazine:

SU OM carb - 1930's S.W.B. Morris Minor

SU UBA carb - 1935 to 1938 Morris 8

A UBA type will bolt onto a standard post 1932 manifold (Late Box or Ruby type) with an adapter to turn the studs through 90 degrees. An OM type should bolt straight on, depending on the exact fitment, as the holes in the inlet will line up with the Austin manifold.

Here's the adapter mentioned above:

It's easy to make one up from a piece of 8mm plate, small bits of this are available on eBay.
