A bit of a long shot, perhaps, but does anyone have a bunch of bananas exhaust manifold spare that they would be happy to sell?

Same here. Oxfordshire Sevens do sell them, but they have had none for a while.

Shouldn’t be too hard to get one made at an car exhaust making place. I use JP Exhausts in Congleton.

Yep I'm guessing that's the best way, a colleague told me about a plastic tube kit you can buy to mock up manifolds before having them made...

Sounds like another project !

I suppose it depends on whereabouts in the UK you are Jamie - if you happen to be in the far north of the country then Advanced Automotive Systems Ltd, Bells Close Industrial Estate, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE15 6UG are well known for their exhaust systems and fabricated tubular work.
