Hi folks. In amongst the useful spares that came with the ORT, a mesh that clearly isn't Austin 7. Any ideas? Any takers?

The return oil srtrainers seem quaint but I have seen intake filters on older engines very nearly blocked by varnish build up.
I ahve dismantled failed Javelin engines run with torn stainers. The oil pipes were wedged solid with white metal and other debris
