Looking for Owner of SV 554 (formally UU 2386) 1930 AF Tourer
Going through boxes today I found the aluminium chassis plate that was bolted onto the RL body shell I used on my restoration when we bought it.
We bought the body in Lincoln via the Exchange and Mart, it had anecdotally been taken off a car to build a tourer.
I used a chassis off another RL (numbered 18 cars earlier!), so fitted a replica plate to the body so as to match the chassis used. This has been in box since.
It would be good to get this plate back with its chassis, given it seems to survive under an AF tourer body (wonder if that body is a repro or off another car?)
Any ideas?. Seems to be RED, currently taxed and last V5 change in 2016.
