Hi All,
Hopefully an easy one - should there be anything at all sealing the bottom plate of the oil pump?
I don't think there's a paper gasket, but a wipe of Blue Hylomar? (I don't want to get any on the vanes....)

I usually take any scoring out of the baseplate with a sheet of wet and dry lubricated with paraffin then clean out and smear it all with oil on assembly.
