I don’t like that open drive belt between starter/dynamo ( I assume it is a starter) and magneto. Just right to get caught in a trouser leg.

It appears to be a dynamo. The 'bacon slicer' starter can just be seen above the gearbox.

The second photo on the advert clearly shows a radiator fitted forward of the frame downtube.
