I am pretty sure it does. Very late Rubies had the Big Seven back axle.

Mine does. Standard hub puller. Fits my Ruby special and big 7. I have in the past had a repo one strip its threads luckily without damaging the hub threads. Pete

Repo' too soft so easy to strip the threads on puller.
