I contributed earlier to the thread about this photo from Duncan
As a prototype Cup it’s got a large number of features
Different from early production Cups.
I wonder how Mrs GE felt about being the riding mechanic?
My own Cup project is coming along nicely and is now fully alloy skinned
Which I suspect this car was, note the door edges( similar to Chummies?)
I’ve followed this door design with my car and also fitted
dual boot latches as per the early Cups.
Also planning to fit similar Lucas scuttle sidemarkers , but using them as
Front n indicators with orange bulbs.
I’d love to see more photos of this early GE car.
