Vintage Vehicle Show at the Beale Park Boat & Outdoor Show 01-06-2018 03-06-2018

We had a great day on Saturday at Beale Park. Though it was overcast in the morning it quickly cleared to beautiful sunshine, and we were thankful of the lovely marquee set up next to the cars, with tables and chairs to picnic in the shade.
Lots to see, with wooden boats and Canoes of various motive power, Steam, Stirling Engine, Petrol, Diesel, Sails, Oars and even cordless drill, out on the lake. A nice gathering of cars. Bicycles and Tricycles through the ages and some steam too.
Richard Prunier who organised the car side of things organised for those that brought cars to have a ride round the lake courtesy of members of the Thames Vintage Boat Club which was lovely. Richard is keen to entice more cars to the show, and I can thoroughly recommend it as one to go to next year.

I'm afraid I did a poor job of remembering to photograph everything missing all but a few of the many lovely boats.
