Wheel Lock Nuts and Washers

I have recently return wheel Nyloc nuts to a supplier because they where very lose on the wheel studs, I measured them to be 15 thou over bored.
Can you suggest a suitable supplier for well designed lock nuts that will be OK for on and off of wheels, perhaps aircraft type of lock nuts and specialised washers.
