Generally I have been very happy with RH, especially their recovery service. They don't question a driver diagnosis of a terminal problem, they just get on with recovery in a cooperative manner. They have recovered me from the Stelvio Pass with my Riley when an oil pump plunger broke, and they made two recoveries on a modern Citroen in Calais which had a broken road spring, the first to the local Citroen main dealer who was useless, and the second to my local garage at home who had it fixed the next morning. I did have a problem once where a careless Range Rover driver scraped the side of my modern in Wales. Because I had paid for Legal Expenses Cover RH put it in the hands of their agent for this and they were useless, apportioning blame to me when my car was stationary at the time. I no longer pay the Legal Expenses premium so that won't happen again.
