Twisting by hand as in the video works just fine, but is trickier when you don't have a lot of space to work with around the fasteners. 

Robinson Jet Twisters are a pleasure to use because they don't have the clunky feel in your hand and notchy action that the Cheapanese knock offs always seem to have.  Jet Twisters are rather spendy to buy new, but these look more reasonable. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Vintage-Robin...SwqDpfEGSW
