All Alloy Cup progress

Made further progress with the tonneau. I might try to avoid a full pocket
and make the drivers side more like a boat cover...

I’m due back at the sewing room on Tuesday so hoping to have all my fabric
cut and pinned or tacked ready for sewing.

I decided to take the Bullnose oil gauge apart to find the
Hairspring tangled and some bent bits inside.
Scrapped the hair spring , not sure what it’s function is?

Straightened the other minor bits and am confident it will work now!!!
Also installed the speedo head which involved dismantling it to limbo
it into the dash!

In between times had a short drive in our lane. It’s quite nippy!!!

But petrol system needs minor attention

Cockpit now pretty complete apart from carpets.

In between times , sorted a brush for one neighbour, moved a scarecrow( a monk)
And fixed another neighbours toilet.

Just a normal day really  in retirement land.
