It's hard to say what the pressure should be without comparing an identical set-up, but my 3-bearing pressure fed engine typically run at 40-50 psi on the road and maybe 25-30 at idle. 

The last one I rebuilt with an increased offset pump was clocking 80 - 100psi at cold start.
(I maybe need to re-think the PRV...)
