Although interesting I meant the writing that you can see on the chassis through the wheel.

Isn't the number positioned too high to be on the chassis - it looks like it's on the vertical face of the floorpan.

Possibly shorthand for "This chassis reserved for the race team. We've taken extra care to make sure it's OK" ?
