Solid copper head gaskets

Hi Squeak, No we don't have any left now. They were laser jet cut and Marcus Ling has the CAD file that was used. Unfortunately in practice they were not as successful as I would have liked, part of the issue was that when they cut by the Laser slightly more material was removed than the drawing line suggested it would, this reduced the compressible material in a couple of key areas causing a weakness. We did consider a MK2 version to see if results could be improved but life and other issues got in the way so the project was shelved. Marcus my be willing to have another go if there is a demand and I am happy to discuss the modifications I believe need to be made to the original CAD file if Marcus intends to use it again. I would be very interested to see the original solid copper 9E gasket you have Dickie, it could be illuminating especially as we had issues with the ones we made.
