What more productive thing could you do whilst having breakfast, morning tea, lunch etc? You don't have to worry about anyone searching your computer use history. (One of our most prominent MPs away on supposedly important parliamentary business, instead of preparing for the day ahead, included a blue movie on his hotel account!)
I think you can reduce the (recorded) time by logging out!
The photo of the twin updraughts certainly justified an hour or so
(On second thoughts if the MP had spent an hour on the Forum it would probably have done him more harm with the modern public!)
