I realise making every part is going to slow you down quite a bit Ruairidh, but on the other hand it may turn out quicker to make one than to find one!
Not perhaps a masterpiece, but attached is a pic of my first attempt at hinge making (for a Victorian camera focussing screen). These are rather small, it might be easier scaled up a bit.
