Andrew Brown's list of trials hill includes Copper Wood, Coppy and Copt Hall, but not Cop Out.

Despite the considerable redundancy in the brakes, if a passenger I would have walked the steep hidden bit. (And if steering arm not checked would have walked the lot)
Appears about 1 in 3!! Maybe road does a loop out of sight.

With the later head and a run up would likely succeed. If several stone lighter I might brave being passenger, but with the door open and feet on the running board.
With those bare hills, I think it is likely an artist's rendering of Hoover Dam. I would not be worried about the power, more the brakes!
