We did a couple of hundred miles last week, including the excellent "March Hare" run with the BA7C.
One of the ladies pointed out that the dust on the rear wheel I was tightening the axle nut on was a bit oily.
We agreed I should look at the condition of the linings.
Which I got round to this afternoon.
The offside was fine, not oily, and contacting quite a lot of the surface of the drum.
The other side wasn't oily, either.
Not seen this before, I wonder what happened.
The car drove and braked as normal - which isn't very well, but ok enough.
