front hub flanges
#12
For anyone requiring a substantial piece of heavy metal with centre hole for fabricating special puller, jig etc brake firms usually have a large selection of old brake discs.
I am surprised simply pressing flat would restore a bent flange.  I have seen flanges which have been skimmed but theese are already very thin. Silicon  greatly simplifies detail sealing, although if not wading it is sufficent to just pack the races in which case leakage minimal.
