Without rear springs, would the tractor at The Vintage Petrol Pump Garage be driveable (comfortable and safe) on the road?

Should the tractor be preserved as a piece of Seven history, broken up for spares or as Tony suggested "it could be a good start for someone to build a nice chummy"?

That last photo isn't a Seven. Or at least wheels, chassis, axles and engine aren't!
An early 12 scutlle and front wheels so are the adapted back wheels 12 engine all all auxiliary
