| When you go to a forum you are interested in and you wish to create a new topic (or thread), simply choose the button at the top and bottom of the forums entitled "New topic".
These buttons are only showing when you are logged in and went via forum start page -> Forum Chat.
If you went via "View New Posts" or "View Today's Posts", buttons are not there, system related.
Please take note that you may not have permission to post a new topic in every forum as your administrator may have restricted posting in that forum to staff or archived the forum entirely. |
