Will anyone tell me how to make the small flat metal piece of the wiper arm, I would love some pictures and measured dimensions. The piece I am looking for is on the right side on the 1st page.

You could scale the drawing so the shaft is 3/16 inch, print it out and then use it as a pattern for piercing from 18 swg steel sheet.
