Dizzy gear pin
#11
Although here in the UK, the Distributor Doctor stocks the correct Lucas Mill's grooved pins. For something so small, I can't imagine the postage to Australia being particularly high?

Remember these same Lucas distributors in terms of the Mill's pin specification were fitted to pre and post-war Morris 8's or Morris 8/40's as they're known in Australia and pre-war MG 'T' Types. There's the Morris Register of Queensland - contact Colin Schiller at colin.schiller@bigpond.com.au - they may be able to help.

If it's cheaper for you to order from the USA, then both Moss Motors part number 325 - 010 and From The Frame Up part number EL124 may be able to help. I also note that MG Sales Australia normally stock the Moss Motors part 325 - 010 but are currently out of stock. Links below:

Gary Cullen,

There's also a number of MG parts suppliers in New Zealand - in particular R & R Moss Ltd who are the Moss Motors USA and Moss Europe, New Zealand Distributor. Address: 112-114 Hackthorne Road, Cashmere, Christchurch 8022 - contact: rrmoss@xtra.co.nz

The link below lists other New Zealand MG parts suppliers who may be able to help:
