I'm reading " Classic Engines, Modern Fuel" by Paul Ireland at the moment. Extremely interesting analysis of combustion, timing, overheating, fuel starvation etc. and probably much more information than I need (or understand) but nonetheless relevant.
I plan to use a Miller's fuel additive this season in my "classics" to see what difference they make to the ethanol rot in supposedly "ethanol proof" fuel lines...

And quire a few more areas too:

(except, due to technical supply reasons, in Devon, Cornwall, the Teesside area, Scotland and NW England).

Cumbria, Lancashire, Cheshire...I wonder if they include N Yorks and Northumbria in Teesside area?
Still, the important central areas will be all right then...
