Hi Ruairidh

Yes please!  Although it would obviously depend on cost?  I’m guessing prices might reduce the more orders are received?

Cheers

I'd be interested to know where you can still get the tinplate in a large enough size and thick enough to make them from.

Hi Gene,

I think Chummy ones should be Tinplate.

Many thanks,

Hi Ruairidh

Just a thought.

The front face of the D tank along with the filler neck, outlet and bulkhead plates are (in my experience) rarely damaged by rot and remain serviceable.  It is the thin tank behind that rots and leaks.

Would an exchange service whereby a new rear section is soldered on to the original face be a possible?

Cheers

Howard
