Piston ring replacement
I've sent a private message
Thanks, pm in return.
Make sure there is not a sharp edge at the top of the bore, remove it with a bearing scraper, or very
fine round file.
Isn't a +.080" Seven ring still going to be a lot smaller than a +.060" Big Seven ring?

According to the Cornwall club site the Big Seven bore starts at 2.235", .035" bigger than the Seven.
Do we know what oversize this it, have I missed something?
Not seen that it’s already at .060” but if it is then my rings will be too small .
Last page of "The Problems Never End" thread.
"They're big seven rings and oversized 0.060"  so that limits my spares hugely."
