Lovely!

I have often wondered why tyres on 1920s cars sometimes look almost white? is there a photographic reason?

Its because they were white (or looked white) till carbon black started to be added.

The 1922 Sports was a one-off (if it was built at all, that may just be an air-brushed artist's illustration). By late 1924, the date of the advert, the 50mph Sports was in production, and this is the model mentioned in the advert:

If Tony Griffiths gave a fine demonstration of what can be done with photoshop, the illustration to this ad is a classic example of a combination of airbrushing, collage and creativity  on the dark room!

I like the wording the new Austin its got brakes on all 4 wheels ! Now on modern
Cars its got 4 cup holders per seat?
My problem I ask questions that other people don't like?
Like have you got that for an investment or for fun?
