Repco model 409 On car Wheel balancer tyre balance

Repco model 409 wheel balance.
This unit is 3 phase.
I have not tested the unit as I do not have a 3 phase supply but looks solid but has surface rust as shown in the pictures.

No accessories come with the unit

Well somebody has to ask whether the Repco was needed to indicate that to balance the small person, footwear would be needed on both sides.
