I thought the following was better than your average YouTube "how-to", worth a share at least.
Burlen don't offer servicing on electric pumps any more as the labour makes it cheaper to buy a new pump.
They do however sell a service kit including a new diaphragm for 40-odd quid.

You can get a solid state conversion which gets rid of the troublesome points

I know Burlen sell 12 volt solid state conversion kits, does anyone know if 6 volt conversion kits are available, if so who is supplying them?
