Hi John

A few on here have exhibited eclectic literary experience. 
Primary schoolboys today would find the KS very dull.

Perhps the driver was forced into the passenger seat because of the pressure on the pedal. When a car in front flashed its stop lights unexpectedly, I ripped the seat of a rusty Ruby out of the floor!
