I did mine up to 150 ft-lbs. That was on a new Phoenix crank and was the upper limit of my torque wrench.

Just to let you know that the flywheel is now fastened to the crankshaft with 150lbs of torque. The motor has been running with the flywheel running true.  Thanks again for the help. Arnie
