Yes, one of those. You may find you have to fettle the flanges a bit to get it to fit between the exhaust pipes.

Yep, if you are not too worried about original appearance use the exhaust with that inlet manifold and a 30VM and she will go very well, make sure you match the flanges so there are no steps in the inlet tract.
