Could anybody identify this cutout? No makers marks visible, just 3315A 6v 0 54 stamped into the base

This looks like those used on early 6v tractors and possibly Fords too.
They are similar to to CAV cut outs that were used on A7s until around 1925

Yes used on 6volt ford's, both pre and post war. Bill Dixon.
