Hi
I was recently reminded of this collection of amateur colour films from the 1950s. Plenty of pre-war cars whizzing about, especially in the first few minutes. How many can you spot ? Is that a parked Nippy at about 1:40 ? The setting is my local town of Romsey, and most of the buildings still look pretty much the same.

Looks like a Nippy to me John! What a wonderful film, I shall relax and check out the whole thing later, but just the first couple of minutes are fascinating.

Marvellous bit of nostalgia-making footage, with Sevens making many appearances. Sadly, the England shown in the film has long-since disappeared...
