Got to be the nicest RK interior in original condition Iv'e seen.
It could well mean its been looked after mechanically also
And the price is spot on for its condition. It would fetch that here in NZ  (12,000 NZ Dollars ) at present.
All vintage car prices are depressed here in NZ as everyone is feeling the cost of living squeeze

I would find space next to my Type 65 if I could afford it.
