Archive Open Days - Archivist - 21-12-2022

I am delighted to announce that, commencing January 2023, the Archive will be open on a regular basis on the second Thursday of each month. The first date will be Thursday 12th January.

So we can give good service to any visitors, visits must be by appointment only (by sending an email to archivist@a7ca.org) and it would help if you could let us know any particular area of interest you would like to study/research.

There will be at least a couple of organised Open days during the year, the first likely to be in the Spring. There will be an announcement nearer the time for that when date and programme of events has been settled...

Just a reminder that the Archive will be open next Thursday, 9th February, to visitors with a prior appointment. We will be open from 10:30 - 14:30. Appointments can be made by emailing archivist@a7ca.org

Our first Monthly open day went very well with 3 visitors undertaking research and study of specific parts of the collection that interested them. It did go to show that 3 visitors is the maximum number of people we can entertain to give good service so get your request in early to avoid disappoinment...
