Just a short brass tube of appropriate size with a male grease nipple thread one end and a female grease nipple thread the other to suit the grease nipple and grease hole.

it is an extension to be able to lubricate the Carden pot.
I would like to copy an original one if such a thing exists.

Robert, I have an Enots Autoram patent number 3177 that has a short extension on it but not exactly the same as the one you show.
If you let me have your Email address I will send you a photograph- I’m not clever enough to post photographs on this forum !
