A thrill and a privilege - Nick Salmon - 16-07-2022

Been to Moreton in Marsh today to start setting up. Back again tomorrow. Whilst there Ruairidh very kindly let me take the Highland Coupe for a spin. What a thrill and a privilege!

I can confirm a number of things... It is stunning 'in the flesh'; the styling is brilliant; the finish - especially the interior, is fab; drives really well, with an excellent ride and taught steering; pulls like a train, and sounds lovely. It is an enormous credit to Peter and Ruairidh.

As you can see below - it is possible for a 6'3", 14 stone, long-legged bloke to fit in. Actually, with the door closed 'wedged in' would be a better term. I couldn't comfortably or safely drive it on the roads as my head is against the roof and my size 10's struggle to deal with the brake.

But ooh, it really is gorgeous . [Image: biggrin.png]

Those coming to the Centenary will get a chance to see it for themselves.
